Notify Form Dengan Effect Transparent Hover

Menjelaskan mengenai cara membuat notify form yang menggunakan effect transparent hover - Apa yang dimaksud dengan notify form itu? notify form adalah form yang bertugas memberitahukan sesuatu kepada user, umumnya notify form muncul sebelah kanan bagian bawah.
